The team at Galen Hope is on hand to assist with insurance-related questions and concerns as you or your loved ones seek treatment at our mental health treatment center. Understanding your insurance benefits can be confusing so we always suggest having our team perform a verification of insurance benefits in order to help you make an informed decision about treatment.  Families at Galen Hope have utilized their benefits in a variety of ways to help them cover costs.  This may include the pursuit of out-of-network reimbursement for families seeking to recoup some or all of cost of treatment, utilization reviews that are performed regularly free of charge to all families who seek to use their insurance benefits, and initiation of single-case agreements when clinically appropriate. We are currently in-network for several carriers, and also accept private pay.

out-of-network coverage options

We work with a variety of insurance plans on an out-of-network basis. Many of these plans, including Blue Cross, Cigna, United, and others, may cover a portion of the cost of care. Please call us, and we’ll do our best to help you find a path to the support you need!
